1. I don’t understand the point of the invites, since the site seems to indicate that you can sign up for free…

2. unles you’re doing heavy data trafficking, does anybody really need more than a gig from google?

1. Did you click the register link? heh.

2. GMail is better as a storage mechanism. You can actually find little tools out there that let you drag-n-drop stuff to a virtual file system. That’s what people are working on for this, as well.
