Condolezza Rice (NSA) has been claiming that there’s no precedence for White House staff to testify before congressional commission.
Apparently, the story goes, the White House was faxed this:

Which is Admiral William D. Leahy, White House chief of staff under Franklin Roosevelt and Harry Truman, appearing before a congressional panel investigating the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
And suddenly, out of the blue, she decides she’ll testify.
Heh.
I don’t like her misfortune, but I do like the idea that truth might come out of this; though I doubt it.
Too much of 9/11 stinks of lies and deceit - the more I think about it, the more it looks staged. I’d hope our government wouldn’t be involved in such a thing.
