Rolling, rolling, rolling, keep those rocks a’ rolling.
Seems like major cataclysm. Rocks falling down the mountain, landing in the water, and sliding down the mud… then it dries up, and even the track is still there indicating it was pretty sudden. Maybe it was the end of an ice age.
The implication on the site is that this happens over night, or faster. That is, rocks have appeared with a trail when there was nothing there previously. That would rule out the glacier.
