Makes me wonder if that’s the same cop who pulled me over after I drove through Hurricane Floyd.

I got pulled over 15 minutes after the worst of the storm was behind me for having a cracked windshield and rear windshield. In the back the chunk of hail was still in the window.

Said something about driving with a broken windshield is illegal.. When I informed him that I hadn’t had a chance to stop yet, he looked at me funny, until I pointed back at the giant whirling storm of doom as it sat over S. Carolina.

Argh. I was in that mass exodus for Floyd. Took us about five hours to get to Columbia from Summerville. There were some people that sat on I-26 for nine hours.
